We sat down for longer than we ever had before.

We worked longer hours than we ever have before, probably for less reward!!

As a result, you may feel like:

We’re here to help you with that, by sharing one video per week of a quick 10-15 minute training session. You can switch off Zoom, check in once a day on weekdays for said 10-15 minutes.

We’re here, we’re doing it, even if conditions aren’t ideal and the gyms are shut. We are the ones who are doing it anyway! No excuses!

Today, we’re working on overhead presses – what to do and what not to do, for maximum results. By the time we’re done with these 8 workouts, we’ll have done a very comprehensive load of work!

Time to push yourself if you want stronger shoulders, stronger arms and great form with it!
